For starters, why are your items so cheap and affordable?

Reason 1: Our items are cheap and affordable because we go directly to the Manufacturer. A Distributor are our last resort if we really want to get our hands on items that are sold out from the Manufacturer. 

Reason 2: We have fairly priced our items based on quality and affordability. A lot of online boutiques knowingly inflate the price of an item. Some boutique are charging you $60 to $80 for $20 to $30 quality items. This is why it's important for you as the customer to do your due diligence and shop around for a specific item.

Do
you accept orders outside of the US?

We currently DO NOT accept any orders that are made outside of the US or any orders to military bases. We are currently not shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Do you restock items?

No.

Are your clothing true to size?

Currently, all of our items ARE true to size. We are aware that some manufacturers go by different sizes. We make note of whether or not to size up in the product description section. All of our items are Junior size items and are truly hugging and form fitting, showing every curve. Please keep that in mind when choosing your items. 

Are item colors exact? 

We are aware items that items can appear lighter or darker than pictured. Flash and camera settings in addition to your monitor brightness can alter the color of the item just a tad.  We provide you with HTML Colors, which gives you the proper shade rather than saying the item color is red.  For example, sometimes an item appears red, but the actual shade is either: Firebrick, Crimson, or DarkRed. 

By buying from Shadeara's Chic Boutique, you are agreeing that you are not able to exchange, get a refund or store credit because of sizing and color issues. Refunds and store credit are only subject to manufacturing issues such as: Stains, loose threads, sleeve openings sewn together, etc. (It is mandatory that you email us with pictures)

How long does it take for Processing and Shipping?

We try our best to get orders out quickly. All of our items are currently on hand. We no longer dropship our items. All orders will be processed and sent out within 1 business day. Your item will ship through USPS Priority Mail with item transit time being 2 - 3 Business Days. 

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate shipping of $6.95 for orders $49 and under. All orders over $50 ships free. 

We are not to be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit to you. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be contacted via Email with your tracking number. You can insert your tracking number in our order tracking status bar on the home page or go directly to our order tracking page scboutique.aftership.com and enter your tracking number there. Please feel free to contact us in regards to your order and its processing status. We will get back in contact with you within 12 hours.

We are not responsible for any packages that have been returned to your post office due to undeliverable as addressed. We will do our due diligence by making you aware of the "Undeliverable as Addressed" status. It is up to YOU to get in contact with your post office to have them re-deliver it. There's also a possibility that your item will be shipped back to us. In the event that this happens, we will refund all but 15% (restocking fee) right away. 

How does SCB handle Credit Card Fraud?

We will report all fraudulent orders and the law enforcement in your state and county will be contacted. We will examine all orders for fraud. We question those for fraud if there is a charge made (items bought) and then there is a sudden chargeback.

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

Shadeara's Chic Boutique has been created via Shopify, one of the most secured commerce platforms. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We feel that PayPal is the easiest and safest form of paying for purchases and sending refunds if necessary. You do not need a PayPal account, just always choose the option "check out with debit or credit card".

Do you issue refunds or returns?

All items on sale are FINAL SALE including accessories, makeup, hair extensions, bodysuits, undergarments, gift cards, and etc. 

If there is an unforeseen issue such as loose threads or broken zippers due to the manufacturer and not you, the buyer, please contact us immediately via email detailing the issue. Include your order number and picture of proof. We will respond as soon as possible. We are a hassle-free company and will always provide our customers with solutions that they are happy with. 

Can we use your images? (PLEASE READ)

You are not allowed to use any of our images with the SC Boutique logo as these are copyrighted. Pictures without the SC Boutique logo are pictures that we are using with special permission from our wholesalers to show the inventory that we stock. The products shown are exactly the products you will receive. Wholesalers are not fans of non-resellers or any reseller taking images without permission. Misusage of photos for the purposes of counterfeiting is not allowed as it is prohibited.
