We are not responsible for any packages that have been returned to your post office due to undeliverable as addressed. We will do our due diligence by making you aware of the "Undeliverable as Addressed" status. It is up to YOU to get in contact with your post office to have them re-deliver it. It is important that if you live in an apartment that you enter your address correctly. You should always keep up with the status of your package to avoid this issue.
We have a 10-day return policy which means you can return an item undamaged, UNWORN, and unused with tags still attached. You must contact Shadeara's Chic Boutique with your request for return within 24 hours of receiving your package! All requests made to the vendor/manufacturer is not the proper process and your request will be ignored and denied.
All returns are Store Credit (please treat it as money) or Exchanges ONLY. Your return request must happen within this given time. If we do not receive a notification of your return within this given time you will no longer be eligible for store credit. In most cases we allow you to keep the item and give you store credit.
Prior to returning an item, you must contact us so that you can receive an RMA Number. It is important that you have a RMA Number so that we can keep track and process the return accordingly.
Returns are only made for items that are defective due to a manufacturing issue. Returns because of sizing is not allowed as we have provided the correct sizing charts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (UNWORN) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e seal unbroken not tampered with). If worn and there's a problem with manufacturing you will receive store credit or the exception of a manufacturers issue.
You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Items on SALE are FINAL SALE items. No refunds, exchanges, or returns can be made on these items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Hair Extensions also cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, picture proof of manufacturing issue.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the return address without CONTACTING us.
There are certain situations where only full, partial, or no store credit are granted (if applicable)
Clothing with obvious signs of use or stains and defective due to manufacturing.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and an email with your store credit code will be sent to you. It is important that you keep this code to yourself. If rejected we will tell you why and it is possible that you will still receive a partial store credit to your account. Store Credit is only applicable to defective items due to manufacturing.
Late or missing store credit
If you haven’t received your store credit yet contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond via Email and give you a call!
We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturing and have not been worn/tried on. We are not to be held responsible for any items that have been damaged in transit to you! If you need to exchange any defective item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will call you with thorough instructions on where to send your item to. If your item is no longer available we will allow you to get another product of equal value or give you store credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
To return your product, please email or live chat with us and we will tell you where to safely return your product. Do not return it to the MANUFACTURER!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not to be held responsible for this or any products that were damaged or lost in transit to you and any items that were lost in transit to us!
